A 6-8 week programme to foster connection and responsibility for marine and coastal habitats. Pupils engage in a wide range of hands on activities to explore, play, create and learn within the extremes of the intertidal zone.

Suitable for older pupils (8+), we’ll explore the marine environment and examine how marine pollution impacts marine plants and animals. Pupils will learn how to help protect seas and wildlife.

Indulge in some creative play at the beach! Gather, sort and curate natural materials in a variety of ways. Learn how the sights and sounds of the shore help calm our minds and relax the body. Forage and taste nutritious sea vegetables.
